Sparwood Mayor and Former Conservative MP David Wilks Endorses Kerry-Lynne Findlay for Premier and Leader of the Conservative Party of BC
Sparwood, BC: Today Sparwood Mayor David Wilks, a respected community leader and former Conservative Member of Parliament, endorses reliable conservative Kerry-Lynne Findlay for Premier and Leader of the Conservative Party of British Columbia.
Mayor Wilks served alongside Ms. Findlay in the House of Commons from 2011 to 2015 under Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
“I worked with Kerry-Lynne from 2011-2015 when we both served under Stephen Harper,” said Mayor Wilks. “She served in Prime Minister Harper’s cabinet. She is a down-to-earth person who I have great respect for. I will be voting for Kerry-Lynne Findlay in the upcoming British Columbia Conservative leadership campaign. Kerry-Lynne is exactly what BC needs to get us back on track.”
Kerry-Lynne Findlay thanked Mayor Wilks for his support and praised his reliable conservative leadership in Sparwood.
