Interview: Kerry-Lynne Findlay on the Opposition with Dan Knight

Kerry-Lynne Findlay joined host Dan Knight for a direct, no-spin conversation on the B.C. Conservative leadership race.

From the host: The former cabinet minister lays out her case for experience and consistency, takes aim at shifting positions on DRIPA and SOGI, and argues voters are done with politicians rewriting their records. • Endorsement: Long-time conservative Theresa Odishaw supports Kerry-Lynne Findlay

"At a time when many are disaffected by, and utterly disappointed in, our provincial government, there is a clear opportunity for Conservatives to unite, to demonstrate leadership and to present common-sense policies that will bring about positive change in British Columbia.

Kerry Lynne Findlay is the only candidate who is equipped to lead that change.

She is the only one with the experience, the connections and the political know-how to lead this province and that means she is ready to hit the road running. These qualities set her apart as the leading candidate, fully prepared to tackle the big issues, to take back our province and to create an environment where all British Columbians can prosper.

Kerry Lynne has my wholehearted endorsement to lead the provincial Conservatives.  I encourage all British Columbians to support her in this important endeavor."

  • Interview: Kerry-Lynne Findlay on Swift 1200 AM

Kerry-Lynne Findlay sat down with Swift AM 1200 to discuss the leadership race. She talks about her experience as a Cabinet Minister in the Harper government and how that will serve British Columbians when she becomes Premier.

“We need to be willing to work and get busy on day one fixing a lot of these broken systems and we can do that. But you need to have someone with experience who knows what they're doing. I've been a legislator, I've been an MP over the course of 14 years I have been a minister. I am the only candidate who has been a minister in a Conservative government.”
